LOFT AMENITIES

You will enjoy a loft designed with full kitchen, open concept of a living and dining room, one bedroom, and a newly renovated bathroom with a shower and sink.

Of note, the loft is located on the second level (no elevator).

In the Kitchen:

·       large sink and plenty of counter space

·       a cook top, an oven and a microwave

·       full-size refrigerator with freezer

·       dishwasher

·       Nespresso machine, with an initial supply of Nespresso capsules

·       toaster

·       blender

·       serve ware with cutlery, dishes and glassware

·       cook ware with pots and pans

·       an initial cleaning detergent supply

 Next to the kitchen is a stackable washer and dryer unit (for cleaning clothes, towels, etc)

·       with iron and ironing board

Also provided is an initial washing detergent supply

 In the Bathroom, an initial supply of:

·       soaps

·       shampoo

·       hair conditioner

·       toilet paper

·       tissue paper

·       face and bath towels

·       the use of a hair dryer

 For Your Comfort:

·       built-in air conditioning and heating

·       free high speed wireless internet and cable television

·       big flat-screen TV

·       lots of cushions and blankets for comfort

 For Easy Access:

To get in and out of the unit, you will be provided with an access card for the front glass door, and a key for your unit.

On the second floor there is a door on the landing with a keypad.  You will be provided with a code to open this door.

We will make arrangement on the day of your arrival to use our lockbox or to meet you personally, so that we can provide you with the access card and the key, and information pertaining to the unit.

 TO OPERATE THE CABLE TV

Turn on the TV, use the SONY remote control or use the ROGERS CABLE remote control and select TV. To watch cable TV, the SONY remote (SOURCE) must be set to HDMI 1. To change Cable TV channels, use the ROGERS CABLE remote control. Please refer to the Cable TV Instruction Card located in the unit.
